Uncategorized Yippee! The DHL tracking said our dossier in in Addis Ababa awaiting pickup from Hope. This means we are officially in line as of today for a baby boy. The wait time is said to be 3-4ish months so we pray we will have a referral by Christmas. At that time we will get information and a photo of our son. In obedience to Ethiopian law, we are not allowed to share any photos until we pass court which is several weeks after referral. Please pray for us as we prepare and wait.

Uncategorized Dossier is complete! The state police clearance was in our mailbox today. So, tomorrow morning we are off to the Secretary of State to authenticate and then we send it to Assistant Stork! Assistant Stork is a courier service that takes all our paperwork to Washington D.C. and presents it for federal clearance and also to the embassy.

Uncategorized We have continued in prayer about number of children to adopt, sex of the children, and ages. We have also sought Godly counsel from other believers who have adopted. We are going to move forward with a request for one baby boy.

Uncategorized We got all our dossier documents notarized. We are only waiting on our State Police clearance and our dossier can be sent off to Ethiopia via Assistant Stork.
